• Introduction
• This website is owned and operated by Kazopark LTD ("Kazopark"), a company registered in England and Wales (registered number 07223591).
  
• Kazopark is committed to keeping our website secure and private. Before registration or use of our client is possible you will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions as well as this privacy policy. We recommend that you, or your guardian, read through all sections below and all sections within our Terms and Conditions to ensure you fully understand how we use your data and what you can use Kazopark for. Kazopark (and our affiliates) are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


• Definitions
• "The client" is used as shorthand for our online chatroom in its entirety.
• "The website" is used as shorthand for our main domain; http://www.kazopark.com.
• "Special terms" is used as shorthand for any special terms that are attached to competitions or events held within the client.


• Changes
• We may change these terms and conditions to reflect: changes in applicable laws; regulatory or security requirements; relevant guidance or codes of practise; technical alterations to the client/website; to improve clarity and service changes. Please check these terms and conditions whenever you use the website and client. All registered users will be bound by any changes to these terms and conditions upon your next use of the client and/or website. Any unregistered users participating in our site will be treated as bound by these changes.


• 1. PERSONAL INFORMATION
• Kazopark does not collect any personally identifiable information whilst you are browsing our main website without creating a username or guest account. We do not automatically take any information other than your country of origin during a non-registered user visit to Kazopark.
• Any information sent through our Contact Form, Amazing Thursday Form, Moderator Application Form, Alpha Signup Form, Beta Signup Form or any other Forms based around our website is stored based on the information you provide to us. You may opt-out from such services by not filling in and submitting such Forms, and not using that service.
• We collect the personal information that you enter upon registering, or creating a guest account for the Kazopark Client. This includes, but is not limited to, Date of Birth and Email address.
• When contacting Kazopark, to enhance our customer support we may ask you to provide more information to verify your identity. This may include your name, email address, postcode and country. We may also ask you to answer several security questions.
• We may give you the option to provide an email address for newsletters. Check the box if you wish to opt-out from this service upon registration.
  
  
• 2. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
• If we become aware that we have information stored for any person under the age of 13, it will be retroactivity deleted from our system to ensure the protection of the child’s privacy.


• 3. CHAT LOGS
• Within Kazopark all chats that take place are logged, regardless of whether a user reports them or not.
• These chat logs are stored for a minimum of 1 month, and a maximum of 3 months. Upon this time they will be removed from our server(s).
• Chat logs are stored to ensure that we can provide the best possible moderation. We do, however, reserve the right to disclose chat logs if required by local authorities.


• 4. MODERATOR APPLICATIONS
• Any information submitted to us through our Moderator Application form is submitted to verify your identity. We will use this information to check, to the full extent, that you are who you say that you are. Further through the application process you will be required to provide valid forms of ID and this will be stored on our system until your removal, or resignation from the Moderation team. This information will then be removed after 3 months.
• The information stored from our Moderator Application Form will not be submitted to any third party, and is purely for identification purposes.


• 5. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION
• We may collect, use, transfer and disclose your personal information for the purposes of:
• Identification confirmation.
• Administration of accounts stored with us. This includes, but is not limited to, payments and credit status with us.
• Providing the ability to send SMS, Private Messages and Emails to other users.
• Where agreed, to send newsletters and updates about Kazopark.
• To detect the use of hacking/scripting software against the Kazopark client, website, server or any affiliated products.
• To enable us to provide a better customer service.
• To begin subscriptions to paid services (such as Kazo Alliance).


• 6. WHAT HAPPENS TO THE DATA THAT WE COLLECT
• The data that we collect will only be used for the items highlighted above, apart from where the follow applies.
• Internal marketing and demographic studies.
• To help us improve our website.
• In the event of an actual or proposed (including parts of negotiations) merger, or business combination, sale of the business, or as provided under bankruptcy laws or equal rights.
• As highlighted elsewhere in our privacy policy.


• 7. COOKIES

• We use persistent cookies to track your country. We also use cookies to track how you accessed our website, as well as allowing persistent cookies to store information about which adverts have been displayed to you to avoid showing the same ones repetitively.

THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UK ENGLAND AND ANY MATTER OR DISPUTE IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE WEBSITE AND THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE ENGLISH COURTS.
